DSIRE Informational Database

The Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility, and federal incentives that promote renewable energy and energy efficiency. DSIRE contains in­formation on over 2,000 renewable energy and energy efficiency pro­grams and is visited by more than 200,000 unique users per month.

Established in 1995, DSIRE is an ongoing project of the North Carolina Solar Center and the Interstate Renewable Energy Council. DSIRE is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
