69 turbines will be installed in 1998, totaling 41.4 MW. The project is developed by SeaWest and Tomen Power Corporation. Pacificorp and the Eugene (OR) Water & Electric Board own the project. Bonneville Power Administration will purchase 40% of the power. Hub height is 135 feet.
