What’s red, black, and presenting a fresh new face to the world today? Since 2005, the IREC ISPQ logo and mark have represented quality and consistency in training for the renewable energy and now energy efficiency industries. Today, the Interstate Renewable Energy Council, Inc.’s ISPQ Credentialing Program is unveiling a new visual identity, including a redesigned logo and marks for each credential offered.

IREC ISPQ has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years. The need for quality training for the developing workforce is stronger than ever and the third party assessment provided by the IREC ISPQ Credentialing Program is in high demand. At the same time, IREC ISPQ has expanded its scope to encompass energy efficiency and weatherization training programs, recently approving four Job Task Analyses for that industry.

“As the IREC ISPQ Credentialing Program evolves, we wanted to visually reflect our growth, as well as more clearly define the identities of the different credentials we offer,” stated Pat Fox, IREC Director of Operations. “We feel the new logo and marks evoke the promise of excellence that IREC ISPQ promotes in the renewable energy and now energy efficiency communities.”

The IREC ISPQ international framework is used to assess content, quality, and resources across a broad range of renewable energy, energy efficiency and weatherization training programs.
