ACORE ReTECH Conference for industry leaders and leading renewable technologies

RETECH 2010, co-produced by the American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE) and TradeFair Group, is scheduled for February 3-5, 2010 at the Washington D.C. Convention Center in Washington, D.C. Industry and federal tracks will feature CEO and industry leaders by technology, along with briefings from Government Agencies, Departments, and Programs that have been key players in working under the Obama Administration to assist in the development, financing and scale up of renewable energy.  The State and Local Government Agency track will feature briefings from the state and local level.

ReTECH will also feature an International Track focusing on the countries/regions that are moving renewable energy into the mainstream through national, sub-national, economic, political or trade mechanisms. Country briefings will be conducted by panels led by corporations and government leaders from China, Germany, India, Japan, Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, and Sweden), Spain, and the Commonwealth (Austra- lia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom).

Finally, a University, Laboratory, and R&D Track will cover important advances in research and development conducted by premier universi- ties, laboratories and government programs that are aiding in the evolution of the technology behind the renewable energy revolution. Featured speakers will come from both U.S. and International facilities and institutions of higher learning.

On Friday, February 5th, RETECH Expo will end with a grand reception for government agencies, a unique opportunity for government officials and employees to visit with over 250 exhibitors look- ing to work with the government and help the current administration meet their renewable energy goals.
