Award Maintenance: a crucial component of your IREC credential

In November, the Credentialing Program finalized the transition to adopting two new IREC standards for training organizations and trainers. If you hold the IREC credential, you’ll need to demonstrate you meet the requirements of the new Standards in your next annual report.

In November, the Credentialing Program finalized the transition to adopting two new IREC standards for training organizations and trainers. If you hold the IREC credential, you’ll need to demonstrate you meet the requirements of the new Standards in your next annual report.

We know the new requirements and report format can present some challenges. Here are two webinars that can help:

  1. Training Providers  Download this file from Dropbox (upper right hand corner)
  2. Instructors and Master Trainers webinar in Vimeo. Use the password IRECUSA to access.

If you missed either of these, don’t worry. We’ll be offering them again in the first quarter of 2014.

And of course, you can always contact Program staff any time for support. We’re here and happy to help.

Award maintenance is a crucial component of your IREC credential. Don’t let this valuable mark of quality lapse. Complete your form and make your payment (online or with a check) prior to your anniversary date. See the Candidate Handbook for updated annual maintenance fees.
