The presentation, which will take place 3–4:15 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, is titled “Solar Photovoltaic Financing: Deployment on Public Property by State and Local Governments.”

About the Presenters
The speakers will be Karlynn Cory and Jason Coughlin from the DOE National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Cory is an energy analyst at NREL and has 12 years experience evaluating renewable energy policies in U.S. electricity markets. Before coming to NREL, she was a business development manager at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MTC). Coughlin is a project manager at NREL and advises U.S. cities on the financial aspects of installing large PV projects as part of the DOE Solar America Cities Program. Previously, he was a corporate finance banker with Wachovia Securities.
