An updated Greening of the World of Work: Revisiting Occupational Consequences follows up on the 2009 Greening of the World of Work: Implications for O*NET-SOC and New and Emerging Occupations.
In this updated version, published in December 2011 for the U.S. Department of Labor, authors Erich C. Dierdorff DePaul University and North Carolina State University; Jennifer J. Norton, Christina M. Gregory North Carolina State University; and David Rivkin, Phil Lewis National Center for O*NET Development, present the current state of the green economy, outline major workforce development challenges facing the green economy, and present updated research on green new and emerging occupations.
