The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) intends to install 15 Megawatts of onsite renewable energy by 2012 and it is expected that the vast majority of this will be achieved with photovoltaic (PV) systems. LAUSD has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for companies that would be interested in providing PV systems for this project. The deadline to respond to the RFQ is June 26, 2008.
All firms intending to respond to this request need to register at LAUSD’s Facility Contracts Services website. Sign in supplying your email address and choosing a password you will retain for use when accessing the website in the future. The request is in Adobe format. Registration at the district’s website will ensure you receive all postings and any updated material related to this request.
All answers to questions submitted in this manner will be in writing and posted to the LAUSD website.
