The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) is now accepting feasibility study applications on a rolling basis for the development of eligible Community Scale wind energy projects.
MassCEC will review complete applications for feasibility study grants within approximately 30 days of receipt. The applicant and project site must either be a customer of a Massachusetts investor-owned electric distribution utility or be a customer of a Municipal Light Plant Department that pays into MassCEC’s Renewable Energy Trust Fund.
