The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) announced on February 8, 2011, that it is seeking public comments related to electric interconnection and net metering documents previously approved for interim use.
Specifically, the MPSC is seeking comments on the proposed Category One interconnection agreements and applications. Category One projects involve all inverter-based projects with aggregate generator output of 20 kilowatts or less.
In addition, the MPSC is seeking comments on interconnection process flow diagrams for all projects.
Any person may submit written or electronic comments regarding the proposed interconnection procedures and forms attached to the application. Comments must be filed with the MPSC no later than 5 p.m. on March 10. Reply comments are not provided for. All written comments should be address to: Executive Secretary, Michigan Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 30221, Lansing, MI 48909. Electronic comments should be e-mailed to [email protected]. All comments should reference Case No. U-15919. All information submitted to the Commission in this matter will become public information available on the Commission’s website and subject to disclosure.
