Over the past several years, many community colleges have become key drivers of regional clean energy growth, training workers for green collar jobs, and integrating those efforts with other institutional and community sustainability efforts.

AACC/SEED is looking for colleges that have made strides in these areas and will award five Green Genome awards and more than $50,000.  

Applications will be released April 23rd at www.theseedcenter.org
