Mark your calendars: the 9th Annual Small Wind Conference will be held June 18 – 19, 2013 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. This pivotal event brings together small wind installers, manufacturers, dealers and distributors, supply chain stakeholders, educators, public benefits program managers, site assessors and advocates — all working together to move the small wind industry forward. This gathering of small winds’ best minds and proponents is a source of continuing education and information as we collectively harness the wind to power homes, schools, farms, businesses, and, now, transportation — a growing opportunity.
The Small Wind Conference is currently seeking sponsors and exhibitors to support this event. Sponsorship categories cover a wide range of opportunities for businesses large to small. All sponsors and exhibitors will have a presence in the same hall where attendees gather for meals, breaks, and socials, resulting in maximum exposure to potential clients.
New this year: the Committee is fielding proposals for half or full day workshops to be held the day after the Small Wind Conference on Thursday, June 20. Workshops will be organized and offered on a profit-sharing basis. The Conference Committee is also soliciting conference presentation proposals for the two-day Small Wind Conference.
To submit your workshop concept or to submit a Conference presentation proposal, email [email protected]. For more information on how to market your business to this select audience of small wind movers and decision-makers, contact Samantha Smart Merritt at 612-655-5363 or [email protected].
