Toronto Hydro Pilots Residential Load Shifting for Those with Smart Meters

Customers will receive a credit of $10 per month for July, August, and September for participating. Toronto Hydro hopes that this pilot will lead to the development of appropriate load-management programs once time-of-use pricing comes into effect over the next 12 months.
