The new Solar Training Network (STN), a program of the U.S. Department of Energy’s SunShot Initiative, is a connection hub for solar job seekers, solar companies looking for new hires, solar training providers, and workforce development boards.

SITN's successor program, the Solar Training Network, will continue the momentum started by the SITN. This new program seeks to meet the needs of the growing solar industry by continuing to build the network of solar training providers, job seekers and employers. The newly configured Solar Training Network will be led by our friends at The Solar Foundation.

IREC’s Solar Career Map charts a course for promotion or advancement through the modern solar industry. Full of valuable data about the knowledge, skills and credentials needed to perform 40 key solar jobs, the map also breathes life into these occupations, through the faces and stories behind this expanding universe.
