Hosted by the National Clean Energy Workforce Alliance, this webinar will provide valuable takeaways for similar youth programs nationwide. Operated by UNITE-LA, this earn-and-learn model has already helped over 220 young adults take their first steps into one of California’s fastest-growing industries. With nearly 90% of participants from underrepresented communities, the Academy is actively reshaping the cleantech talent pipeline. In this workshop, we explore:
