This session highlights resources you can use and share to recruit more people into clean energy, heat pump careers, and energy efficiency/building performance. Hear from industry experts on specific green skill sets in demand. Hear about new certifications and career pathways. After receiving information from a panel of experts, we will have an interactive session to share challenges and solutions.
